Default loss of power between 3k-3500rpm help!

around them rpms it seems like it looses power but after that picks back up..its a 91 crx si b16a...i checked plugs wires.. has new dizzy..somebody said my ignition timining could be off .. anybody know how i can check that thanks

Easiest way to check timing is to pull driver side wheel, remove the crank pulley and line up the crank gear with the mark on the block and then check to make sure the lines on the cam gears match up in the middle and the lines go straight across.

Which ECU are you running? obd0 or obd1?

any Check Engine Lights?
