I am looking for some input on fixed height shock set ups that is dampening adjustable. It's for a daily driven EG, that is taken occasionally on autoX and mountain runs. some friends and shops have pointed me toward koni yellows with swift springs, while others recommended (if have the $) toward Mugen lowdowns. Up for some input everyone.

 

You cant go wrong with konis. Any well known spring will work well, it kinda just depends on the drop you want. I like H&R.

 

i want a drop similar to the mugen lowdowns or slightly a little lower, along with adjustable dampening that can handle autoX courses and winding roads. I have the TEIN SS w/o pillowballs on right now, so if i find a shock that has similar handling if not better, then that will be great. im done with a dumped ride height, i want a nice ride height that has good shock travel and not worry bout speed bumps too much, also not attract too much attention to the boys in blue and thieves..
