Best settings for Tokico Illuminas for the 1320???

Whats the best settings for tokco Illuminas 5-way adjustable for the track? I'm pretty sure the stiffest for the rear (5) is best what about the fronts?

I have mine at 5 all around

Same here. I've got my best results when the setting was at 5 all around.
