I turned my b16 into spaghettiO's
I'm a retard and did the infamous 1-2-3-2 shift and blew the ****, and I mean **** out of my motor. As far as I can tell nothing is salvageable, but i haven't pulled the head yet. I found pieces of piston in my header/intake manifold, broke at least 3 valves, and cracked the block. Not sure of what failed first, my best guess is a rod. What do you guys think?

I have a zip lock bag in my room full of pieces of piston, rings, cylinder wall, and maybe some rod too that i pulled out of the intake and exhaust ports.

i'm going to say no, there's a crack on that exhaust port that of that second to last pic that looks almost like it goes all the way to the valve seats
oh snap my bad. maybe it will work but will smoke like a train?? how bad is the crack on the block? maybe it's salvageable, and you can build it for boost! lol
No, I'm pretty sure the block is toast. I had oil pouring out of the front of it when it blew. But like I said, I haven't pulled the head yet and I'm just making assumptions.

theres is nothing newb about this....
its called power shifting and screwing up pretty bad.......

btw, op, that sucks, were you at a track or where you power shifting off a green light?
sucks man. looks like a friends k24. he had upgraded springs retainers and **** in the head but left stock valves. was just cruising and it poped. snapped 4 heads off the valves and number 3 piston..err wasnt really a piston anymore, and the head was beyond trashed.
