Default 22x8x15" slicks on 15x7" slips. wheel spacers?

Hey, do I need wheel spacers to run my slicks on rotas? The rim has a +40 offset and is 15"x7" wide. I was just woundering if the slicks would rub. This is on a 98 integra and will be stock height.

No, they're not needed. I ran the same slick with the same wheel on my 95 Integra before I stepped up to 23's and Lensos. That slick's diameter, width and profile is similar to a 205/50.

I presently run that combo on my 2000' Civic HB with no issues.
