I have a 96 dx coupe with hx rims i was wondering if these will fit i think i need 12x1.25 with a tapered bottom but these say they do not fit oem rims. will these fit?

Your answer was right in front of you man. If it says not to use them with OEM wheels then don't use them with your OEM wheels.

When I first got my polished Si wheels I was looking into some aftermarket lug nuts, but I ran into the same problem as you so I stuck with OEM lugnuts.

 

besides, civics are 12x1.5 not 12x1.25

 

do NOT use those with oem wheels....

 

If you use those you will ruin the lug seats on your OEM wheels.

OEM wheels use ball seats, and aftermarket use tapered.

 

All OEM honda wheels pre the stupid new odyssey are ball seat lugs and tsx and rl are using the toyota style mag lugs. If you use conical seat lugs there go your oem honda wheels.
