well its about done except for the letters, I need to wait until tommorow to hit them with the dremel.

dont use a dremel..
just take a sanding block and go at it..
the dremel might slip and scratch the paint

i put vasoline over the letters and used a exacto knife to clean it up looks nice. everyone asks me how much my new value cover costs

 

are you planning on doing a swap on your ride?

 

i painted my sohc valve cover red too. to get the letters back silver i used a sand paper wrapped on a block of wood and went over the letters "lightly" until the original silver came up. with a block u wont have to worry about it accidently sanding the newly paint part
