Default question. about sanding paint and bumper

i sanded my car down with 320. should i sand it with 400 then make my way to 600. then apply paint. im planning doing the 50 dollar paint job roll on. i have a new bumper should i sand it down or prime it first

I don't know anything about the 50 dollar paint job, because I think it's bullox, but I can tell you for your second question, the rule of thumb for paint, and this is generally speaking, is that you need to sand whatever you are going to paint regardless if it's paint or primer. So, yes if you have a new bumper, sand it to create a good surface for the primer to stick to then prime it. (some exceptions apply. That's a different lesson.)

since u got the bumper new,go with the final grit 1000-1200.

how about the car i sanded it with 320 should i prime it and then wetsand it with 800?

dude 1000 is way too fine to be sanding with... i'd be using 1000 to wetsand be4 polishing... not sanding be4 primer/paint... i'd seriously use 500 or 600wet before paint

and yes of course wash and degrease it...

600 all day. 1000 and the paint will peel right off due to poor adhesion

use isoprpryl alcohol to clean the bumper.
