well its definately not a legal drag cage.. does it have a dash bar? its possible i guess its a scca cage but i dont have a rule book in front of me. However i do know they require a dash bar

yes it could deff be used for both. but must be a scca cage due to the big X brace on top & all the extra cage areas. the only thing it is missing for drag would be the funny cage section for the driver


deff would like to know more about it . looks like some good work

Looks borderline fia spec, except it's missing the top a-pillar to floor bar tube support...

looks pretty cool though.

sweet thanx, ive been looking for a drag shell to build for quite some time
Cant really decide what to go with, now that i know this is not for drag, its pretty much out of the question.

No "D" Bars - probably wouldn't pass NHRA tech. As has been said, it is probably a lot heavier than it needs to be for an 8.50 cert type cage.

3 gs is nto that much for as much time as someone put into that. wonder if its not chromolly. but will deff need some cutting done to pass NHRA . not to mention the floor is cut out of it so it will be a hot rod car & its nto setup for that eigther. deff built for some road race stuff. like time attack or something. what a waist
