i have the same set up(jun, cams, retainers, springs) in a b16 head. I persnally went with the supertech nitride coated flat face valves. why? just casue i wanted to get the most compression out of it, but its really up to you.

stock valves are fine with anything as long as the seats and valve faces are in good condition.

Depends on the age and past usage of the valves. Just like any moving, stressed part.
