I'd rather not ship to Hawaii.

I wouldnt make as much money from it bc shipping would be a little more.

Nope not really. If you use USPS it would cost the same as anywhere in the US, Guam, and PR. They fit in a USPS priority mail flat rate box which would cost the ~$10 regardless of weight.
