Went here with my Audi and their track scratched both my front and rear driver's side wheels but Car Wash Express accepted no responsibility. I called back several times and finally arranged a meeting with them (after being brushed off twice before) and when I showed the attendant the damage they told me that was impossible for their equipment to do that damage and it did not come from their machine. So not only do they scratch up my wheels but now they call me a liar.

So I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and surprise surpise, CarWash Express refuses to take any responsibility for the damage to my wheels.

Anyone have any advice on what do do about this? Guess I have to just suck it up and go find a wheel shop to repair my wheels.

np, I just hope that no one else has to ruin a perfectly good set of wheels.

 

You said it has tracks? thats why, every one knows not to take there car through them if you care about your rims... This is realy your own fault. They dont put warnings up(but they should), becuase they will lose biss. Go to a touchless car wash, or wash it by hand like i do. Theres ton's of cases/complaints about track washes.

 

I normally wash it myself or go to the touchless ones. I just figured since they are OEM wheels there wouldn't be an issue. lol, I fail to see how that is my fault that their tracked wash system scratched my OEM wheels. That's just silly.

 

Contacted the Better Business Bureau again and surprise, surprise... CarWash Express denies any wrong doing yet again.

Guess I'll just have to make sure that all the locals know about what happened to me so hopefully they won't have the same thing happen to them.
