Default f22b1 block and f20b head

are possible use a f22b1 block and a f20b head?
he's have the same oil drains in head of a h22 head?

the f20b head is identical to the h22a type s, they are the same valves, cams ect. the f20b is a destroked h22a type s so honda could compete in some touring races which the motor limit is 2.0. so theoretically it should work

If I remember correctly there is a DIY in the ► 1990-2002 Accord FAQ under swaps.
