Hey everyone,
Like the topic title says. I'm installing a Sparco steering wheel w/Sparco hub in my 94 GS-R. I'm hooking up the horn and it would be easier to run a wire from the SRS connector to the Sparco hub than from somewhere further away.
Thanks.

Before doing any of that please disconnect the battery. I think that the srs cord is yellow and the horn should have its seperate cord, black.

The horn wire from the stock steering wheel is a part of the SRS harness from the steering wheel to the SRS connector.

Hmmm.
When I took the airbag off the steering wheel, the main SRS harness (the ribbon) from the SRS connector (under the steering column) splits off to three separate connectors (inside the steering wheel) that attach to the cruise control switch, horn, and airbag connectors in the steering wheel.
I just need to know which pinout on the SRS connector (under the steering column) is the horn signal. Then I can run a wire from there to the Sparco steering wheel horn contact plate.

in order for the hub to fit you have to remove the white SRS thingy with 3 connectors (its held on by three screws), You are looking for the main SRS yellow plug (under the steering column) and the horn is the one all the way to the left. you can check it with a tester. the horn will come up when its grounded.

Ahhh.
I've already removed the white piece held on with three screws, and the entire ribbon harness is unplugged from the SRS connector. So the horn is the furthest left pinout on the SRS connector (under the steering column)? I do not have a tester readily available at the moment.
Thanks for your help.

O.K.,
The pinout all the way to the left is in fact the horn signal (just tested it out). I appreciate all of the help.
