Me and my bro is gonna convert his 94 EG LHD to a RHD eg....


What all do we need? AND where is the best place to find these parts? Also any good shop in the tristate area that will swap it?

 

ok first off you are going to need a front clip from a eg, you will need the firewall, the crossmember, the brake booster and master cylinder,the battery tray and the fuse box from under the hood as they are in different places being right hand drive....from the inside you will need the dash, the pedles, the bars that support the dash, the firewall will have about 50-75 spot welds that will need to be drilled out....you can find clips for rhd conversion purpose from passwordjdm.com or hmotorsonline....ive done many rhd conversions so if you have any question your more then welcome to hit me up and get info....theres alot more then that, then you need a list of tools, it is not a easy job and you need to be patient and not rush....look into how to post online and you can see a lil more details....i have plenty of pics to show you if you want to see whats involved

Hey do you have good references for the spot welds by the A pillar for the eg RHD swap? or a how to at all?

I got the firewall out of the clip but destroyed the piece around the firewall lol now im nervous about the firewall extraction from the good car lol
