I want to increase my horsepower
Ok guys I have a stock bore gsr with je pistons 11.5.1 eagle rods oem head gasket and bearings ect, the head is built with rocket motorsports valvetrain (everything) Skunk2 pro2s Blox manifold omni power tb custom tuned intake blox filter and v stack. RC 310s GE pro series fuel rail, b&m fpr. SMSP header custom 2.5in mandrel bent exhaust with a vibrant muffler in the back. I have a usdm itr trans that is rebuilt with gearspeed synchros so I pretty much have the gearing I would like. I made 202whp 137ftlbs before I added the v stack and new filter lol. The motor runs nice other than it is occasionally will act up at idle.
Here are the few options I have been considering.
1. Get a performer x and new professional products tb because I have been told that this could be causing my idle problem because of it not having an idle adjustment screw to allow air to enter.
2. Get my head or a b16 head ported and polished because as far as I know it has only been very mildly ported (just the casting marks ect)
3. Build a b20 bottom end. Haha this is kind of my last resort because I would not want to go cheap.
I have thought about itb's but I wondered if the gains would be that impressive and if I would be ok using them while road racing ect. I want something reliable.
If anyone else has any opinions on what I could do or which one of the pretty much two I should do, or if I should just hold off and build a new 2.0 bottom end.

Are you road racing in a class that would out law some of this?
What's your budget?
is down time an issue?
Get a idle adjustment screw before anything imo.

Thanks a lot man as far as a class I would be entering restricting anything I have I am not sure, as far as a budget goes I was thinking that I could possibly get the manifold throttle body and still afford some head work. Down time is not an issue I have another automobile, and thanks for the quick response. Have you heard of problems with the omni power tb not having the screw causing the idle to drop and them jump back up.
Usually loping idle is cause by a problem with the air fuel mixture.
The are 100 things that could cause this, but most commonly on Honda's it's an air leak in the throttle body area.
Check the gasket between your throttle body and intake plenum as well as the tightness of all the items attached to your throttle body.

if you want to increase power without increasing displacement you will have to spend considerable money for the point you're at now. I'd say the most efficient way of doing what you want, money wise and power wise is to go B20.
