will the ADRL still let ProFWD cars run with them in the 10.5 class? if so that is the perfect car for it

 

yeah, if you want to spend a bunch of money going to a race and competing in a class that you have a very small chance of even qualifying, the ProFWD cars just aren't competitive there - cool to see them out there no doubt but just not quick enough for the 1/8 mile

 

very true. I wish the NHRA would open up a few classes and let these cars run there with the V8's

down here we have clash of the titans and last houston event marty did pretty good in the pro front. they were racing 1/4 mile too.

If I take out the lexan and put the glass back in, remove the wheelie bars, and stick a S372 turbo in it, can I race it in the outlaw class?

The original car is the car that Nelson Hoyos originally raced when Bothwell was running the GM program. The Bothwell ran it with Townend driving it a few years back.

 

With more FWDs getting into ADRL they might consider opening a class, then it would be worth it!

We were going to buy this car a year before we bought the sunfire from Bothwell. The car is beautiful, and for 30k its a steal!
