Default After O2 Replacement

I need to replace my O2 sensors and I was just wondering if after I do so, do I need to do the whole ecu relearn thing? I have an OBDII scanner so I can just clear the codes like that, I don't need to disconnect the battery. Will the ecu just adapt to the new readings that the new O2 sensors are giving it? Sorry if this is a noob question lol.

It will adapt. Just clear the codes and install them. Once you put them in just let the car idle for 5 minutes or so

which one are you replacing? primary or secondary? I had replaced my bad primary sensor not too long ago when I had the OBXRH Vers 2 installed. Got a Denso primary for $150 from amazon but now the price went up and they are $174.

I need to replace my primary. So since I have a DCRH will the new O2 work correctly or will I need to get a defouler as well?

front 02 doesn't matter for RH or not... the rear one matters for a defouler

Type-'S'paz is correct. The defoluer does not go on the primary 02 sensor. It goes on to the secondary 02 sensor tricking the ecu that the cat is still there.
