Well sorry to say that I cant see your pic (at work haha) but yea I can see your avatar and I have to assume that you have a huge intercooler. Other than that I would say that you should have some FAL fans or something to that level. Another thing that I have seen do wonders in turbo applications are turbo blankets they really help with under hood temps as well as heat wrapping the DP.

Definitely look into a turbo blanket. You REALLYYYY need to wrap your exhaust manifold, dupmtube, and downpipe as well. All that heated air is isn't moving away since you have that monster intercooler.
Setup looks great though - what's it putting down?

I'm betting that is the issue.
Have you tried swapping out with smaller (less tall) intercoller?

I have a 650hp Precision intercooler tucked into my EF hatch, just make sure you have a good fan, I had a junk summit one that pulled like 700 cfm and my car kept overheating. I upgraded to a Perma Cool fan and its fine now.

I would suggest you either get a name brand fan, FAL, SPAL, Perma Cool, etc. Preferably with a shroud. I have a Flex-Lite fan for the radiator you have, as I have the same one, for sale. PM me if you are interested.

Also as recommended heat wrap the downpipe, dumptube and turbo mani, I did this over the winter, I can run the car for 30 mins and still be able to touch the wrap around my mani. It does wonders.

Timeout, so you are looking at running a stock EG rad, I dont know what you mean by EBay as in rad but hook up a nice one like this from fluidyne or mishimoto or whatever decent. When I ran the turbo setup being in the desert of So Cal it was a neccessity to have, that along with a turbo blanket and some heat wrap and you will be set and running great. Plus you will be able to touch your hood when you want to.

Spend the money in the right places to save you alot of money everywhere

I have the "ebay radiator" it's a dual core alum 1/2 radiator for like 100 bucks. Mine works just fine in the summer here in ohio. I agree you should spend the money where it counts, but my main issue was my fan not my ebay radiator.

Just adding stuff to the coolant isn't solving the problem.
Get everything wrapped up and go from there.
If that doesn't fix the problem, then take a look at your fans as well as maybe fabbing a heat shield.

Holy huge intercooler, Batman! No wonder you're overheating. That thing is bigger than the radiator. It takes up the entire space for air flow. You need to get some strong slim line fans to either push or pull some massive air. A couple with some high cfm's. That should help you keep a little cooler. Plus, it's boosted. It's gonna get hot as hell, under there.

Hey if it works then cool, I thought you were talking about something super cheap like something I cant even comprehend. So maybe I missed it but how much power are you laying down? Any track numbers?

As an FYI I used some of that water wetter stuff you were talking about adding to you coolant, it didn't work atleast it wasnt a noticible difference. GL with it.

For water wetter you are supposed to drain all the coolant out of the system and just run straight water and the wetter. I know a few road racers that have used it on the track.

Actually, we design and manufacture all of our products in-house, we do not "slap our name" on a generic template.

That being said, there are plenty of boosted B-Series cars that run our half rad, it should help immensely with your temperature issue. Forumla D driver Joon Maeng switched to a Mishimoto radiator from a competitor and ran 20 degrees cooler (on the same day).
