i have a 97 ls in my eg and im turboing my car and im gonna chipp my ecu and i need to know what jumper harness do i need to run a obd 1 ecu thanks!!!

I've never turbo'd, buy there are some threads in the FAQ up top.

 

it depends on the harness you're using.. if you're using the 97' ls harness you should need an OBD2a to OBD1 harness. i dont have first hand experience with this though.. i've studied up on most of my wiring though when i converted my hatch from obd2a to obd2b

The correct answer is none. Your car is already OBD1. The OBD of the engine usually doesn't matter, when it comes to ECU conversion harnesses. You go by what car the ECU is going to be plugged into.
