I wasn't sure of the best place to post my question, but the ITR forum always appears more active, and I've found tons of good info here in the past. And YES, I've already searched the archives and sifted through ten pages or so and wasn't able to find what I'm looking for... so maybe ya'll can help me out.
Heres the deal... I found a set of Toda cams & valve springs for sale on eBay. They were listed as "Toda Stage 3 cams", and the only pictures were of the top of the box. You can tell its a Toda box, but can't see the model stamping on the side. The seller has zero feedback, and didn't seem to fully know what he/she was selling (there was very little info in the ad). I assumed by "Stage 3" they meant the Spec C's. I debated on whether or not to go for them, but the price was great, especially since the package included the valve springs, so I went ahead and bid on them, figuring I could sort out the details later.
And thats where I'm at now. I'm just trying to confirm what exactly is being sold before I pay for anything. What should I look for as definitive proof in identifying both the cams and the valve springs? At my request, the seller sent me pictures of the ends of the cams (not sure whether they're the distributor or timing belt side) and a couple of the valve springs. What are ya'lls impressions of them? Any help will be greatly appreciated, and I thank everyone in advance.

I don't think the cams are Toda C's. they should have a single stamp of the letter "C" on the end and no other markings/numbers/etc. My Toda B's have the "B" stamp on the end of each camshaft.
As for the valve springs, it's hard to say from the pic.
here's a pic of my Toda valvesprings (BNIB) for comparison...hope this helps a bit:
