but it's almost $500 for red stitching. i can think of 20 better things to buy for the car for that much money.

 

Like upgrading one's brakes. I see several instances where people look to add oooh rare jdm parts or mods to make them go faster, but rarely do I ever see performing mods that make them stop faster.

Just do the red stiching yourself And get the red h emblem of grafix. I have it and it looks badass. I am going to stich it tmrw =2

 

And the steering wheel mod does neither. Well maybe it makes your car faster because of the $500 in weight reduction from your wallet.

 

Everyone could for $5 (maybe) in red thread. It is literally the only difference.

 

the only thing i can imagine cheaper than 500 bucks is an intake and either a dc header or strup. unless you know anything else. no a tb spacer doesnt count. neither does an im gasket

 

It doesn't only have to be $500.xx. Somethings: headers, exhausts, external touches could cost more than that amount. Lets say you want a header that costs 650, wouldn't you rather divert those 5 bills over to that?

Hence divert funding towards something more worthwhile, this what I'm getting at.

 

if you think there's nothing you can buy for your car for under $500 then you're not looking very hard. just look through 06+ civic stuff on corsport and you'll find plenty of ****. would you honestly spend $500 on red stitching for your steering wheel?

 

No not just for the steering wheel! But if it came with the airbag would be posability!!

i figure any wheel with the quick release and hub would cost more than just the fd2 wheel.
