i wanna remove my rear spoiler, but i'll have a few holes through the trunk lid. is there anything i can do to patch up the holes to prevent water from leaking and any way to color the holes ( paint, marker, tape... etc) so it not noticeable? my car is black

 

ya go to a bodyshop and have them welded and then paint the trunk. shave rear logos at same time
