Hello,

How much deflection should a properly tightened power steering belt have in an integra gsr have? I don't have it super tight or super loose, but it squeals when I start up the car. I've re-tensioned it a couple times and got some of the "belt/pulley" spray from Advance Auto without any resolution to the problem.

It stops 5-10 seconds after start-up but annoys me to no end that I can't get rid of it. I was trying to avoid getting a new belt because this one's in good condition and I'm not sure if the belt is the problem.

Any ideas?

Hate to bump but this is really bothering me... maybe the pump pulley itself is the problem?
