Default Dyno options?

I recently started working at a new shop only 6 months old. Naperville, IL The owner has spent money on new equipment unlike other shop owners or corporate idiots out there. He recently expressed the idea of doing engine performance modifications. I had a smile from ear to ear because I'm still trying to finish my project del sol. Any way I took this idea and I'm going to spearhead the search for a decent portable (movable around the shop) dyno setup. I have seen the ones that have the two boxes and you take the wheels off and mount the hubs up. I would like to know if there are other options like a movable drive on type ( similar to the emissions test) dyno. Any info would be great. Also we would be in need of a reputable tuner to travel to our shop as we don't have big enough customer base for a in shop tuner unless he wants to tune my n/a del sol everyday (lol). Any other shop equipment we should look into would be great also. As we have a OTC Genesis Version 3 Scanner with the 5 gas Analyzer and 5 pin Scope piggyback Adapters. Is this adequate to use for tuning? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the novel.
