I havent heard of anyone putting this exhaust on either. Iv heard borla on other cars, man they sound good! The setup they have for our cars is pretty sweet. Like K5^ said "you gotta pay to play".

its definatley a great exhaust system but i see muffler clamps instead of flanges that seems chincy for a $800+ exhaust. good warranty and will sound good but just too pricey for what you can get with another brand which are comparable...

Borla is great on V8 vehicles, but it's way too much money for what you get on an Si. You can almost buy a Vibrant catback AND header for that price. And, dual tips on a Civic looks ridiculous.

I saw the Prototype one on somebodies Si like a year or so ago. The dual tip looks nice and it sounds great, but the piping is like 2.25 which is either identical or close to stock so the gains aren't all that lovely. If you want the look and sound. By all means..... if you want performance..... go bigger and better..... AND cheaper.

I haven't heard this particular exhaust, but the twin barrel design doesn't look half bad.

thnx for the input guys. i found a couple clips on youtube, one of them the camera guy said "man thats loud" which is not what i am going for. so between that and oHsevenSI's comment about size, i think i am gonna have to pass on the borla.

While the price is fairly high you'd be hard pressed to find a company producing exhausts of the same quality using the same materials.

so what does the higher quality metal give you? cant imagine it having a significant weight difference. and its not like the other exhausts rust away in a couple years.

I have a borla with two mufflers and twin tip on my 2007 vw rabbit and it sounds decent. but when I first got the exhaust, one of the hangers was missing on one of the mufflers.
