97 coupe with b20b
ok so im thinkin bout trading my 92 civic 4 door with a d16y8 for a 97 coupe with a b20b. so far these are the problems i noticed. idle kinda bouncy, no o2 sensor cuz the dc headers on it dont have a hole for it. the short ram intake has nozzles that are open and not plugged. when car is in any gear it looks and feels as if it was in neutral. grtting into fifth is sometimes uneasy, but tranny doesnt grind or pop out. therr is a small leak on the bottom, like where the shift linkage is i think near where the motor is. overall the motor runs fine.. anyone know the solutions to these problems? is it worth the trade? check engine light is also on
it is your call to trade or not but the fact that it is an ek yay!!!!!
the motor probably a couple of new seals and the motor is good but you may need a new tranny though from what it sounds like
