What can anyone tell me about these headlight kits I found on eBay:

I'm wondering whether anyone has these and has any feedback on quality and whether the black background (versus silver/chrome) produces less light for night driving...

Well from the looks of it they are the same headlights by the same seller... I mean im not all for the projector headlights but there is no difference, from what i have been able to tell, between black housing and the chrome housing... I picked myself up one of those headlight tinting kits off of ebay for about 15 bucks and it tints the headlights and bumper lenses/turn signals and it looks pretty nice, very simple and never have been pulled over for them and not very much different in omittance of light compare to the stocks.
