Track Driven EF Civics Chime In
Hello Guys
I recently completed putting my B series swapped EF civic back together after a transmission rebuild and an alignment. I had a chance to take my Civic out to do an autocross and a NASA road course event without any trouble. Last night I decided to take it out and do some ¼ mle passes at the local drag strip and ran into some trouble. I had some serious wheel-hop on my first and only pass and I immediately noticed that my steering wheel was way off by about 45 degrees. I also noticed that the front wheels were way out of alignment – with some serious toe-out on each front wheel.
After doing a quick inspections of the tie rods/axels/suspension I went ahead and called it a night and drove it home and got it up on some jack stands for a closer look. I checked the sub frame mounting points, steering rack, inner/outer tie rods and they all seemed fine.
My question to you guys- Have any you EF guys ran into this issue where your alignment gets way off all of a sudden- especially after a bad launch or some hard driving? Is this a common problem?
Thanks in advance for your input.

Your fronts should be pulling towards toe in when you launch...wouldnt hurt to double-check the front radius rods where they connect to the subframe. The problem could also be in your rear suspension, and it happens when the rear squats.
