BADS:
He got into an accident one day on the freeway (hydroplane).

-it was raining and he hydroplanned. from the fastest lane he hit the center divider (parallel impact) and spun out to the slow lane. the driver headlight, fender, plastic bumper and back driver panel were affected from the accident. [[hence why exterior is dirty, he gave up on ext]]
-rear bumpers clear coat is chipping.
-could use a nice cheap paint job
-catalyctic converter has a slight rattle, could use a replacement.
