What's the possibility of a nitrous-only minimum weight and engine ruling?

Just like in Pro Modified, nitrous cars are permitted with a major weight savings, and they are allowed to run massively sized engines. I actually put a word in to NHRA a year or two back regarding letting a sfwd category have a separate weight minimum, and then allow several engine combination gifts so that there could be some new flavor added to the turbo-dominated sfwd class. I guess it all depends upon how light a person could get a car, which may be the downfall to doing this.
Why not leave this ideology open to other classes such as Hot Rod?
I guess it would be like Bisi adding weight and nitrous to his all motor car. Different, but competitive. More importantly though, it could make things just a tad more interesting.
I'm sure most people would HATE it, but if you think about it, when a restaurant starts losing business, what do they do? They change the menu to either bring back or introduce new customers.
