I have a 2002 honda civic SI that is white and has 15% tint all of the way around. It also has Axis HIRO wheels that are anthracite in color and are 19x8 (VERY EXPENSIVE). This car has a 5 speed manual transmission, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, electric power steering, sunroof,6 speaker CD player, Ichibon pedals, and much more.

This car has 178500 miles and is still running strong, I would not doubt this car to go to 250000 or more! This car was driven by a previous owner over 40000 miles a year! Mostly highway miles on this car. As with any car of this milage,there are some rock chips in the paint but they are hardly noticeable and can't be picked up on camera. These pics are almost 2 weeks old.

ouch no offense but my girlfriend just bought a 2003 Civic Si in tafeta white just like yours for 5k and it only had 90k miles.
