im trying to buy a honda f20b engine for my 1995 honda prelude si and i want to know if i will fit in my engine no problems..??
plz help me

and also i have a auto tranny that was from a h22 engine in working condition...
would that tranny still fit tha honda f20b vtec engine..??

 

yea the tranny will fit byt fyck f20 h22 is better

 

are you just looking to put together extra parts and make a workable car or are you looking for something that is going to be moderately quick? I am assuming with an auto tranny and a basic motor you are going for cost and path of least resistance??

 

you're gonna have to extend your Vtec pressure switch wire, that ends near the fuse box under the hood. Its light blue.

You'll also have to locate the VTEC solenoid plug, and possibly extend that wire as well. It should be near the passenger side shock tower
