'95 civic bumbers

I have a '95 Civic EX. And I want to fit the same generation's coupe front bumper on instead so I can install fog lights. Is this possible?

you can just add fogs to your bumper now. 92-95 all works, as long as they are 2 or 3 door bumpers.
