Default suspension bushing options

I am curious what people have been using for replacing their bushings... the energy suspension kit looks like a good deal but some people are not happy with them. Any other options? Is anybody running the energy suspension kit? I cant find a place that has OEM bushings (I need all four upper and lower and the rear LCA bushings) are there any energy suspension competitors?

I had the energy master set on my civic Ej2 and never had any problems ...One thing about the energy bushings is they firm the ride up quite a bit, you will feel every flaw in the road.....

On my 96 prelude i decided to go with OEM honda bushings and ball joints and I would deff. recommend going that route

Poly bushings bind in a few locations and also have a tendency to not last very long.

You can get Hard Race hard rubber bushings from http://specialprojectsms.com/ . When I replace the bushings in my car, I'll use OEM.

where would you recommend getting oem replacements? Does anybody sell kits of oem bushings or do I just have to buy them individually at an online honda parts store?

I haven't seen a kit, but to buy them individually, check out www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. The issue is not with Energy Suspension products, it is an issue with how polyurethane holds up under the load of the suspension.

I currently have ES busings at the upper and lower mounts of my suspension and will not do that again. When I change my set-up (likely in the next year) I will go back to OEM.

Hope that helps,
Brian.
