94 civic b20 . every time i let go of the gas then step on it again the shifter jerks hard as hell , the harder i step on it the harder it jerks , no , it does not pop out of gear but scares the **** out of me sometime . please help

 

Possible bad rear motor mount

 

Rear motor mount i just replaced mine..

your bolts might be lose too..Check that on the rear mount..

 

i just spent some time today checking the bolts . put 1 that was missing , went up my driveway and it still does it
