Where exactly is the blue/green wire disconnected from?

What year is your CRX, also?

Is it a bare wire like it got ripped out of something? What did you hook it up to? Headlight wiring? Possible you grounded something out when you hooked it up to something. Let me look at our wiring diags here at work. I work at a Honda dealership. Let me see what i can come up with.

it looked like it was just cut. i hooked it up to the bumper light, i just basically extended the wire just to try it. I should also bring this up it has one of those fast blinkers the other side is fast also but it works fine could it be something with that because when i hooked it up straight to the light the blinker was blinking at its regular pace.

Okay. Your Green/Blue wire goes back from your left front turn signal bulb connector, to a jumper connector. It continues on back to the turn signal switch, still with a green/blue wire. Take a look at your connector for your left front turn signal, and locate the green/blue wire. Try to chase it back. If it's been disconnected or cut right off of the turn signal bulb connector, just butt connector it back together and it should work. If not, then your problem goes deeper. We'll get it figured out.

thanx boostedmonkey im gonna do so more research before i take this to a shop. i think the harness has been hacked up or could it be because it has a jdm front end i chased the wiring all the way down and i think i found the connections to the corner light and the bumper light just hanging there. so i traced the connections of the lights as they are now and they are all just connected to a red/black wire so this might be worst than what i originally had thought.

Red/black goes to your left front marker light.
