S2K wheels with lip
ok so ive been searching the last few days and hurting my head trying to find wheels for my S2000.. i want something with some lip and something staggered but i cant find anything with the right offset.. any recommendations besides the Work meister S1 or SSR professor SP1. also stock how far extra can they stick out.. i understand the offset and how it changes the way the wheels fit.. so getting anything with event he same width but a lesser offset is going to make them stick out, but what is the most they can stick out without clearance issues say with a 1" drop.. 10mm? 20? thanks -a08

ok have found some leads so ill just keep talking to myself in case anyone is wondering this same thing..
this is ********.com's s2000 wheel thread

there is a guy on there running VOLK GT-C's 18x7.5 +43 with 215/40/18 in the front and 18x8 +50 with 245/35/18 in the rear, he says there is "no rubbing what-so-ever slammed on TEIN CS coilovers" compared with AP1 wheels if my calcs are correct the fronts will stick out an extra 25mm.. and the rears an extra 21 mm.. with no rubbing (using that same size tire)
also
another was running VOLK TE37's with the fronts being 18x7.5 +50 with 225/40/18 and the rears being 18x8.5 +48 with a 255/35/18 and he said "slammed to the floor ... the rears rubbed, with a conservative drop or rolling of the fenders rubbing would probably only show under bottoming out or hard turns" with my calcs the fronts were sticking out an extra 18mm and the rears were sticking out an extra 30mm
conclusion:
fronts can stick out an extra 25mm or less and be good....
rears can stick out an extra 21 mm or less and be good.... (pending further study but for sure 30mm will rub unless you roll/pull the fenders)
anyone have any experience with the rim sticking out more than 21mm and not rubbing with no roll/pull??
