Anyone near T.O. to Canoga Park cali and knows where for car alarms?
i got the lower end dei/viper alarm w/ the 2 buttons and basic features(doorlocks, engine kills, etc) for 100bux from hallelujah audio here in ktown on beverly and kingsley. i figured that even if i spend all the extra cash for an expensive system, the bottom line is that an alarm is an alarm and if someone really wanted your car they'd take it regardless. i just got it for "some" security and the convenience of having "keyless" entry. i think other ways like the fuel cut-off mod or autolocks are better security measures. just my 2 cents
haha how'd I guess it'd be Korean owned or in K-town when I saw the name of that shop (halleluyah).. Lolz.. anyways..
I'd recommend Street Sounds plus on Roscoe and Woodley in 818... my friend has had a lot of work done on both his Civic hatch and Audi A4 there and he likes the work/quality of work they do there.. liked them enough to bring his new A4 in there they installed some stuff on his Civic hatch...
yeah other than an alarm.. get an autoloc, club, hood lock, hook pin switch, trunk trigger, internal/in cabin sirens, batt back up, manual kill switches,.. that way after they defeat your alarm.. theres still more stuff they need to get to to take the car..
