Default DA with 2000 LS Intake Manifold and Throttle Body

Ok, here's a little background

I have a 90-93 Integra original motor and it came with a 2000 LS Intake Manifold and Throttle Body.

Problem I'm having is that it starts up, idles for a second and then shoots up in RPMS to 4000. Thought it was the intake manifold gasket, changed it and still the same thing. Checked for vacuum leaks, and I'm stumped. Not sure about these cars so Maybe there's some extra steps I need to take to make this manifold and throttle body work on this motor and would appreciate any help I can get on this subject. Also where can I locate the check engine light connector. Any help is appreciated.

Please if you have something negative to say, keep it to yourself, thanks.

The CEL is under the passenger side dash, it's the 2 pin connector not the 3 pin one. The only thing I can think of right now is maybe the TPS is adjusted wrong.

Easy, fast, painless solution: install the correct B18A1 intake manifold and throttle body. They're cheap and plentiful. In fact, you could probably find one for free, or as a trade for your OBD-2b B18B1 manifold.
