if you search it has been covered before plus with a step by step on what to do! But if the code doesn't work its because thye gave you the wrong one so I would go back and tell them that its the wrong one!

From what i know when they receive the car from the manufacture the guys who clean them are suppose to install it on the inside of the glove box. if not it should be in your owners manual.

if you open up the glove box there should be a sticker on the inner side closest to the HU that has a set of numbers which is the code to unlock the HU.

Ok here I'll post it again so you all can see how to...

All you have to do to get the radio security code is to turn off the radio, press and hold preset buttons 1 and 6 at the same time, then turn on the radio while you hold 1 and 6. The display will alternately flash two sets of numbers - a "Uxxxx" and a "Lyyyy." Remove the U and the L and put them together, and you get "xxxxyyyy" which is your radio serial number. Take this number along with proof of ownership and identification to your local dealership, and they can look up the security code for you through the Honda Interactive Network.

Most easy way: Go here https://radio-navicode.honda.com/

Or call customer service, they give it to you FREE. Screw dealing with a dealership
