i got a theft recovery integra and its all stock but i have some issues with it

1. the yellow connectors in the steering wheel column dont match (no cruise control or horn)
2. the connectors to the ac in the engine bay dont match up (the ac doesn't come on)
3. can't seem to find where the obd2 scanner plugs into
4. check engine light came on (i think its the ect sensor according to the flashes its putting out
5. its takes forever for the car to heat up inside too

is this a different year motor in there because the electrical connectors are not matching up? (the car is a 4 door LS)

can i cut off the connectors and hardwire them to get the ac to work?
