Default DPFI: What causes fast cold idle?

I know the IACV has full control of idle after my engine warms up...but what effects the idle when cold?

When i start my car, it idles at 1500 all fine and dandy. But if I hit the gas a couple times and back out of my driveway. It will idle at 2000-2200 until it warms up and the IACV does its job.

I'm thinking a vacuum leak, but I tried the carb cleaner trick on all my vacuum lines with no luck...
