Default smog before or after tuning?

building my car and i'll need to get it smog checked before i can register it.
already have all the stickers for the aftermarket parts, and im running boost on it.
will having it tuned (using a chipped ecu so you wont be able to tell taht its not stock (opposed to like hondada s300 or something) increae or decrease my chances of it passing emmissions tests?

It says greddy turbo in his sig so I'll assume all the parts are fine. Yes, getting the car tuned will help with emissions.
