Washed the engine, now corner lights are stuck on?? help!!

Washed the engine, now corner lights are stuck on?? help!!
So i had the brillant idea to wash my engine bay today and now the corner lights are stuck on as soon as the battery is plugged in..Everything else is working fine. Do you guys have any idea what it could be, Car is a rhd eg6 92. Also, my daytime running light (we need them in canada) are plugged on to the corner light(my daytime running light are the corner light) Any help is appreciated!

there is constant power going to the lights becuase of the water, wait for it all to dry good. look for raw wires, rubbed, frayed, dry and tape it

You might be right my friend, thanks for answering. Ill go for a long ride to warm up the engine bay pretty good to help evaporate the water. Hopefully it will work. Im not feeling the electrical issue at all....
