Default Ignition switch does nothing - I know this is something simple...

I got in my car the other day to drive home from my uni. Turned the key and nothing whatsoever happened. No accessories, no fuel pump, no starter, nothing. First thing I thought was a dead battery, but my horn, high beams, brake lights, and everything else I can use without the key in the ignition works fine.

My next thought was the ignition switch I replaced a few months ago... Position 2 quit working so the car wouldn't stay running. I thought a complete failure would be odd, but I pulled it anyway and ran all the continuity checks. It's fine.

I'm no expert mechanic, and between school and work I've been too busy to sit down and test a bunch of wires. While thumbing through my manual, though, one of the wiring diagrams seemed to show a fuse between the battery and the ignition switch. Seems like the likely culprit.

The problem is I don't know where this is located. It's not on the fuse panels in the engine bay or under the dash. Could it be a relay problem? I've never had to deal with those so they're still somewhat of a mystery...

I know this is something simple and I'm going to feel really dumb when I get it fixed. D:
