Default Need input... new springs for Tein SS coilovers

I have a 91 CRX with full DA suspension swap (brakes, knuckles, control arms, trailing arms, etc.) and I'm running Tein SS coilovers for a DA integra. My question is I want to lower the rear more (fronts still have about an inch of adjustment) and I talked to Tein USA and they offer shorter springs for my coilovers. I'm going to stay with the same 5 kg spring rate, but should I get the 1 inch shorter springs or go with the 2 inch shorter springs.

My current springs are 7.9 inches free length and are rated at 5 kg. The next springs down are 6.9 inches free length and then the next step down is 5.9 inches free length. I'm not sure how much lower I want to take my rex, but I just don't know if the 1 inch shorter springs will be enough. Is it a rule of thumb that if the springs are the same spring rate and just 1 inch shorter it'll lower the car by about 1 inch?

Any help is appreciated. I'll get a pic of my car right now tonight so you can see why I want it lower. Thanks!

Shorter springs will bind with less weight. So going from an 8 inch spring to a 6 inch spring with the same spring rates can be problematic with binding. Not to mention that 5k is already soft. I would recommend raising the spring rate with a shorter spring.

I've thought about upping the spring rate, what would you suggest for my CRX? The thing is obviously light and I use it as my DD and autox car.
The fronts are 9 Kg so would you suggest a 10kg/6kg set up?
