Icon2 Opinion on H&R coilovers

Hello. I've been offered some H&R coilovers for my EF which have done very little mileage. They are the just ride height adjustable type. I'm wondering what peoples views on them are? I previously had some D2s which IMO are junk way to harsh and crashy. I'm after a nice firm but comfortable ride which is good for daily and the odd track outing. Will these be suitable? I'm certain they are a much higher quality product than the d2s but would like some peoples opinions of them please.

Great coilovers for daily driver use. progressive springs, which still are a bit on the firm side. just keep those collars clean as they are very finely threaded.
