Say i wanted to lower my car even more for the summer and want to re-raise it later when summer ends. Do i have to redo the camber adjustment if i bring it back to the same height.?
get an aliment. if u change setting of the camber than yes u do. but if u lower it more u should get a toe and caster aliment. same with bringing it back up. tire ware is going to kill u if u dont.
i also have a question bout camber i wanna lower my car wit coils skunk2 pro s and i wanna know do i need a camber kit if i wanna lower it about 2 inch all around? i was told that the 08 have ajustable cambers

False.
You don't need them per se, the main thing you want to address is the thrown off toe angles. Only get a camber kit if you do not want to deal with uneven tire wear. If you do opt to get them, do not worry about the rears, they do not bear as much of a load as the fronts.

dont get an alignment until your suspension settles. because when it settles it drops even lower and your alignment will most likely go off. so when its settled that the best time to get an alignment and adjust the camber
camber can also be adjusted to increase turn-in, not just to decrease tire wear. if you're spending the money to lower your car, you might as well get a camber kit to go along with it. you never NEED a camber kit, it's just a good idea if you don't want to have crazy understeer, as lowering your civic will make the rear camber even more negative while the front stays at 0 or even goes a little positive. to better turn-in you want more negative camber in the front than in the back.
