Default H&R civic/integra race v H&R ITR sport spring rates?

Currently, I drive a 92 GSR powered civic si and plan on replacing all major bushings as well as the current tein coilover application.

I have decided the Tokico is the shock I want due to the 5 adj settings. I daily drive my car and snowboad in the winters, yet would like to hit up 3-5 auto-x's per season, if not more.

Its my understanding that a civic or integra H&R race spring will work with my rear oem lca. However, if I go with the ITR sport springs, I need to use ITR rear lca's. After all the research I have done on the various setups, any advice on which springs to get?

I'm thinking ITR H&R sport springs + illumina's unless the rates are not much different than the civic/int H&R race springs. Also, my previous auto-x experiences was with my ITR with oem shocks + H&R sports. I may add a usdm 22mm itr rear swaybar, but would like to get the shock/spring combo installed first.

Good reference I just found too!

I just spoke with H&R and I got the spring rates for the Integra and Civic Race spring.
94-01 Integra Race spring – 460F/360R
92-95 Civic Race spring – 490F/400R

Any advice based on this information on which spring I should get?

the springs are interchangeable between the itr and other integras and civics; it's the rear shocks that're affected by the itr's thicker lca. people have put oem itr springs on different integras. also, i think the koni yellows are supposed to be stiffer than the tokico's if that's what you're looking for. they're 4 way adjustable and last a really long time. i've taken my integra up to the mountains for skiing and did just fine with them on the softest setting.
